Technology And EdTech Innovator Bill Hughes Joins Project Evident
Nonprofit and technology visionary, Bill Hughes, has joined Project Evident as Advisor and Chief Technology Officer. Hughes brings significant executive leadership in nonprofit and for-profit organizations focused on education and technology.
“Project Evident is at the forefront of helping organizations harness the power of data, evidence, and technology to improve outcomes, and I’m eager to contribute to the organization’s near decade of work, while bringing my unique perspective to enhancing technology and operations initiatives,” Hughes said.
Prior to Project Evident, Hughes led Education Design Lab, serving as President and CEO. He has also led his own technology-driven organizations, as well as served in a variety of roles in education technology companies like Learning Objects and Pearson. In addition to his diverse professional experiences, Hughes has served on numerous boards of directors, and currently sits on the board of Berkshire Bank, now Beacon Bank. Committed to radical innovation for growing, early-stage companies, Hughes also is a Venture Partner for 11 Tribes and LearnLaunch Fund + Accelerator.
