At Project Evident, we believe that by empowering practitioners with actionable data and evidence, we can create stronger, more meaningful, and more equitable outcomes for communities. Our diverse team combines expertise in evaluation, data and technology, policy, philanthropy, finance and operations, communications, and nonprofit management with a shared commitment to change evidence in the social and education sectors.

As one of our core values, our team strives to be smart, warm, approachable, and productive (SWAP, as we like to say!). We are also deeply committed to the principles of belonging, dignity, and justice in our work with each other and with our partners. We believe in helping employees at all levels grow and build skills they can use throughout their careers, and to collaborating and having fun while prioritizing the needs of our clients and partners.

Our benefits include:

  • Unlimited vacation and sick days
  • Summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day
  • Offices closed between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans
  • Access to a 403(b) plan with employer match
  • Fully remote employment opportunities
  • Internet and mobile phone reimbursement

We look for client-oriented individuals who are constructively dissatisfied with the status quo and committed to our mission of helping organizations harness the power of evidence for greater impact. If you are excited about what we’re building and think you have the skills and experiences to help us build a stronger and more equitable evidence ecosystem, check out our current openings!

Studies have shown that women and people of color are often reluctant to submit a job application unless they meet all qualifications—we encourage applicants who may not meet 100 percent of the position qualifications to apply anyway.
