Aurora Public Schools, one of Colorado’s largest and most diverse districts, partnered with TalkingPoints, a nonprofit AI-powered family engagement platform serving millions of students nationwide. This case explores how they co-created tools to improve communication and student attendance, showing how continuous stakeholder engagement with educators and families can shape AI solutions that build trust, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes at scale.
This case is part of Project Evident’s Equitable AI Adoption (EAIA) project, supported by the Gates Foundation, designed to provide nonprofit leaders, funders, and educators with actionable tools and real-world insights for responsibly leveraging AI.
