We are thrilled to announce that Shannon Ranta has joined Project Evident as Senior Director of our Education Agency Practice. Shannon brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to using data-informed decision-making to drive meaningful outcomes in education. In her new role, she will help lead our work to support educational agencies in building their capacity to use data and evidence to more effectively allocate their resources and improve student success.
Before joining Project Evident, Shannon served as Coordinator of Curriculum and Data at the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve in Ohio, where she led numerous initiatives, including serving as Regional Data Lead for the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Shannon also held various district roles, including Director of Federal Programs and District Test Coordinator, where she applied her expertise in strategic planning, grants management, and organizational alignment.
“I am excited to join Project Evident and help advance its mission of empowering educational practitioners to use evidence in ways that improve outcomes for all students,” Shannon said. “I look forward to collaborating with our partners to support their evidence-building efforts and ensure that data is used to drive stronger results.”
